🔶 EVENTS ENDING TOMORROW — LAST CHANCE WINDOW
After Tuesday’s daily project reset on March 10, two major events from Week 1 will close permanently for this rotation.
Ambush Global Event
The Ambush Global Event wraps after tomorrow’s reset. This event rewarded patience and positional discipline — staying still stacked up to 200% bonus damage, making it a dream for snipers and cover-based builds. If you haven’t earned your Ambush mask yet, tonight is your final window. Spend any remaining Stars before reset — unspent Stars do not carry over once the event closes.
5× XP Event
The 5× XP multiplier also ends after tomorrow’s reset. This has been the single best SHD Watch leveling opportunity of the year so far. Tech Overdrive — Season Event
Tech Overdrive launches Tuesday after reset and brings a full suite of global skill modifiers that will transform how the game plays this week. Every agent on the server benefits from the following boosts:
+3 Skill Tiers — pushes players into Overcharge territory if already sitting at Skill Tier 6
+50% Skill Damage — massive boost to turrets, drones, seekers, and all offensive skill builds
+50% Skill Duration — deployed skills stay active on the field significantly longer
+25% Skill Health — skills are more durable and harder for enemies to destroy
+25% Skill Haste — cooldowns are reduced across the board, enabling faster redeployment
This is one of the strongest skill-focused event modifiers in recent memory. If you have a skill build collecting dust, now is the time to dust it off.
Assault Global Event
Assault is the second Global Event of the anniversary month and runs opposite to Ambush in every way. Where Ambush rewarded staying still, Assault rewards aggression — get close to enemies, stay in their faces, and stack up to 200% bonus damage. SMGs, Shotguns, and high-mobility aggressive builds are going to thrive here. A unique Assault mask is available to earn — this is the second of four masks available across the anniversary month, so don’t miss it.

The meta shift this week is significant. Ambush rewarded static, positional play — that window is closing. Assault flips the script entirely, rewarding close-range aggression and movement. Players running SMG or Shotgun builds with high mobility will be well positioned.
