Primary Location: Downtown East
Near the Demolition Site Control Point, east of the White House — inside the large open-air mall and atrium building west of the Theater Settlement.
This is a fixed location that does not rotate. Agents unfamiliar with the area should use the Demolition Site Control Point as their primary navigation anchor and move east into the building from there.

🔶 TRIGGER PROCEDURE — STEP BY STEP
Follow this sequence carefully. Rushing or skipping steps will reset the trigger.
Step 1 — Enter the Building
From the Demolition Site Control Point, head east into the large open-air mall and atrium structure.
Step 2 — Navigate the Lower Area
Take the escalators down into the lower level, then back up into the central garden and atrium area.
Step 3 — Find Your Position
Locate the yellow tarp or raised garden area. Position yourself on the large rocks or in the elevated room that gives you a clear westward line of sight toward the building windows opposite you.
Step 4 — Shoot the Four Targets
Look west. Four targets will be visible in the building windows across from you.
Shoot them in descending order — top to bottom
Fire relatively quickly between each shot
Your HUD will flicker with static and interference if the sequence is done correctly
Step 5 — Engage the Hunter
The Hunter spawns immediately in a cloud of smoke after the fourth target is hit. Be ready before you fire that last shot.

The Demon Hunter — known in the game files as Oxossi — is an extremely dangerous target.
Uses rogue skills including drones and turrets
Will one-shot agents at close range with an axe
Highly mobile and aggressive
