📋 THEMATIC OVERVIEW
🔧 WEEKLY BUG REPORT
Bug Status Updates 📅 Week of December 1-6, 2025
This weekly report tracks all known bugs, issues under investigation, fixes in progress, and recently resolved problems in The Division 2. Our goal is to keep the community informed about bug status and provide transparency on what the development team is actively working on.
🔍 INVESTIGATING
These issues are currently under investigation by the development team. They have been confirmed as bugs and are being analyzed to determine the cause and potential solutions.
🔸 SEASONAL JOURNEY MISSIONS MISSING UNLOCK REQUIREMENTS IN THE UI
Labels: Workaround Available
Description: Some Seasonal Journey missions do not display their unlock requirements in the user interface. Players cannot see what they need to do to unlock certain missions, leading to confusion about progression.
Current Status: This is a display issue only — the progression system itself is working as intended.
How It Actually Works: These missions become available once your character reaches Level 30. The progression is functioning correctly; the UI simply isn’t displaying the unlock requirements properly.
Workaround: Continue playing and leveling your character to Level 30. Once you reach Level 30, the missions will unlock as intended, even though the UI doesn’t explicitly tell you this.
Expected Fix: The development team is investigating a UI fix to properly display unlock requirements in a future patch.
🔸 MANHUNT COMMUNICATIONS SHOWING INCORRECT PROGRESS AND MISSING ENTRIES
Description: Manhunt communications progress may display incorrectly in the UI. Some entries appear missing even after completing the required missions. Players report seeing incomplete progress bars or missing communication entries that should have unlocked.
Current Status: This is a known tracking issue and is being actively worked on by the development team.
What This Means: The bug affects how the game tracks and displays Manhunt communication progress. It does not appear to block actual progression, but the visual representation in the UI is incorrect.
Investigation Status: The team is analyzing the tracking system to identify where the display error occurs and how to correct it.
Expected Fix: No ETA currently available, but this is confirmed as an active investigation.
⚙️ IN PROGRESS
These issues have been confirmed, investigated, and are now in active development for fixes. The team is working on solutions and testing potential patches.
🔸 NPC COMPANION DIALOGUE FREQUENCY FEEDBACK
Labels: Planned for Y7S3.1
Description: Community feedback indicates that NPC Companions are overly talkative during gameplay. Companions repeat dialogue lines too frequently, which can become repetitive and annoying during extended play sessions.
Community Concerns:
Dialogue triggers too often
Same lines repeat within minutes
Immersion-breaking during intense combat
No option to reduce companion chatter
Current Status: The development team is reviewing possible changes to companion dialogue frequency based on community feedback.
Planned Fix: Changes are planned for Year 7 Season 3.1 (Y7S3.1). This could include:
Reducing dialogue frequency
Adding cooldowns between repeated lines
Implementing player options to adjust companion chatter
Expected Timeline: Y7S3.1 patch (no specific date announced yet)
🔸 [PC] TARGETED LOOT MENU CANNOT BE SCROLLED WITH MOUSE WHEEL OR SCROLLBAR
Platform: PC Only
Description: PC players are unable to scroll the Targeted Loot menu using the mouse wheel or the scrollbar. This makes it difficult or impossible to view all available targeted loot options when the list extends beyond the visible area.
Impact: Players cannot see all targeted loot zones without using keyboard navigation, which is not intuitive and slows down route planning.
Current Status: The team is working on a fix to restore mouse wheel and scrollbar functionality to the Targeted Loot menu.
Workaround: Use keyboard arrow keys to navigate the Targeted Loot menu until a fix is deployed.
Expected Fix: No ETA currently available, but this is confirmed as in-progress.
