Step 1: Return to the Pact Climax Mission Head to Tidal Basin and launch the Pact climax mission from last season.
Step 2: Access Via Legacy Manhunts It’s available to everyone via Legacy Manhunts, even if you skipped last season entirely.
Step 3: Complete on Any Difficulty Completing the mission on any difficulty awards four random comms you’re missing.
Step 4: Multiple Runs May Be Required You may need two runs to obtain all 19 total comms available.
