Black Signal is a Dark Zone–focused hybrid DPS / sustain PvP build designed to survive extended engagements and punish overconfident rogues. Built around System Corruption, Ninjabike Messenger, and strong armor regeneration, this setup thrives in chaotic DZ fights where sustain matters just as much as burst damage. With Perfect Obliterate and high weapon damage cores, it delivers lethal pressure while staying deceptively hard to kill.
